All prices include the currently applicable VAT. Delivery within Germany is by UPS and arrives C.O.D.; abroad, items must be prepaid or payment guaranteed by EUROCARD / MASTERCARD

If you wish to pay by MASTERCARD, please send us your card number - however, under no circumstances send this by Email for security reasons. We will forward a suitable form to you, which you can fill out and return to us by FAX.

Within Germany, we deliver free to your home (franco domicile).

Outside of Germany, we include the appropriate UPS charges. We will inform you of these when we send you the confirmation of your order.

All articles delivered remain the property of the YOUNG CLASSICS Gallery or of the artist involved, until payment is received in full.

The purchaser must inform us in writing and within one week of receipt of the goods of any obvious defects. If these complaints are justified, then, where possible, the defects will be rectified or a replacement will be sent. If this is not possible, and the complaint is justified, the purchaser will receive a refund.

At the end of the one-week period, the right to an exchange, reduction or to follow up delivery is no longer applicable.

Returns are in principle only possible with prior agreement and then only if prepaid and in the original packing.

Contract location and place of jurisdiction is exclusively Reutlingen. German law is applicable.
